DO NOT STAY HERE. It's disgusting. The entire rug in our room was damp and wet the whole time we stayed. We only booked 2 nights and the front desk did nothing about it. I asked at 10am for the room to be cleaned, left for the day, and when I came back at 4:30pm it still hadn't been touched. It smelled humid the entire stay. When I asked if someone could come clean it, I was told they couldn't because the cleaning staff was already leaving for the day. I couldn't even get fresh towels. I called the front desk and was put on hold until it dumped me into a voicemail. The service and accommodations here are terrible. Worst of all, they didn't seem to care that the room was infested with mold and smelled humid the whole time. Would not recommend this place to anyone After demanding repeatedly that they clean the room and do something about the mold, we left for dinner. When we came back, the room had been cleaned, but they left the balcony door wide open and a humidifier running (in the middle of summer in Florid). Second time i spent in this hotel....stayed here in 2015 and loved it! So we decided to stay again 11:years later....You can tell the hotel is a little older ....they had chairs on the balcony in 2015 but none on this trip but the Desk clerk offered a picnic chair we could put on the balcony which worked well since I was the only one who would sit out there! Breakfast was still good (, didn't like the scrambled eggs but bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, juices and coffee was good. The beds were not as soft as they were in 2015 but I slept all night....parking was rough had to park in the back and there is no access to hotel from the back..I use a cane so had to walk around to the front to get in the hotel! Steps to the beach was a little rough for me need a ramp like they have for the pool! The hotel is a little outdated but it worked for me..... probably will stay at a different hotel next time if nothing is updated!!

Terrible experience. The rooms smelled like dog pee first of all. Very musty and damp!!! Carpets were disgusting. No chairs on the balcony. We also paid for beach front and they told us they sold out of the rooms when we checked in. The cleaning ladies were very unprofessional and arguing with us. We asked for towels at the front desk and it took them 3 hours to even bring them to us. I would NEVER stay here again. Only good thing they have going for them is the pool.

We had an ocean view room with a balcony. Beautiful way to start the day. Also the rooms where nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Also with breakfast included! I highly recommend.
